I use SPIRE, a research-based, multisensory structured literacy program designed to support students with dyslexia and other reading challenges. SPIRE focuses on systematic, explicit instruction in phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary, comprehension, and spelling—helping struggling readers build a strong foundation in literacy.
By incorporating a sequential, cumulative, and multisensory approach, SPIRE ensures students develop reading skills with confidence and success. Whether your child needs early intervention or additional reading support, individualized instruction provides the tools they need to become strong, capable readers.

I believe that education is about more than just academics—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and strong interpersonal skills. Social-emotional learning (SEL) helps students develop self-awareness, manage emotions, and navigate challenges with a growth mindset. Life is especially challenging for youth today and the ability to problem solve and build positive relationships are essentional for healthy living.

Success in school—and life—requires more than just knowledge; it takes strong executive functioning skills to stay organized, focused, and on track. I am committed to helping students develop essential skills like time management, goal-setting, organization, and self-regulation.
By strengthening executive functioning, I empower learners to take control of their learning, reduce stress, and achieve their full potential. Direct instruction in these skills is often especially helpful for students with ADHD or learning differences.
